Quality Control Process

1. Procure raw mateiral and deliver back to factory

2. Claim raw materials from warehouse

3. Sheet metal design unit execute bending,pressing, stamping ,punching process

4. Pre-assembly unit execute pipe bending,pipe attaching,and cabinet assembly process

5. Foaming unit executes foam injection to the foaming mold.

6. Assembly unit executes series of assembling process including: refrigeration system module, evaporator, fan module, cannopy, back panel, elecyric wiring eyc.

7. Electrical Test

8. Compressor Vacuum pumping

9. Fully automatic refrigerant injection and leak testing.

10. Product sample testing

11. Packing unit executes final simple assembly ,LOGO attachment, Clean and packing

12. Final inspection before shipment.then waiting the shipping instruction from clients

The Quality Control Outlines - General

The components from Key processes are controlled by QC with strict guidelines
Patrol QC are in place for random checking in each key processes.
Machine Oriented processes - main process like safety checking, refrigerant injection, leakage testing are all done by proper machines.
Certain percentage draw from each order for full performance and safety test in the test room.
Every single components are checked and verified by dedicate QC before releasing to the production dept
